There’s always the GWC House Salad to start your meal off right with fresh mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, onions and shredded cheese or the Classic Chef Salad with mixed greens, tomatoes, black olives, onions, hard boiled egg, Black Forest ham, smoked turkey and cheese… But this Bakersfield restaurant also has salads that are a meal all by themselves.
 

The Charbroiled Chicken Caesar Salad is a fantastic choice with fresh romaine lettuce and creamy Caesar dressing. If you choose, you can also add salad or shrimp to it for a real treat for your tummy.
 

Love bacon and Blue cheese? You can’t go wrong with the GWC Wedge Salad. It’s a huge wedge of crispy iceberg lettuce covered with sliced cucumber, diced red onions, and grape tomatoes. Heaped with Blue cheese crumbles, crispy bacon and finished with their homemade Blue cheese dressing, there’s no chance of your resembling a bunny.
